With a selection of 24 re-furbished and retro rooms, including Single, Twin, Triple and 2-bedroom Quads, the Early Settlers can accommodate your group no matter the size.
Split system heating/air con in each room, supplied linen (incl. towels), wardrobes, TV, kitchenette with coffee/tea making, and microwave offer you every convenience. Free WiFi and LED TVs (free-to-air only) with digital inputs are standard. Our beds are true comfort, and we’ve just introduced room cleaning for all stays longer than 2 nights.
You’ll love the open grounds, the views, the fresh air vibe and the teeming birdlife. Not to mention the pool and spa area, and generous shared BBQ area.
And of course, your precious K-9 furbaby is welcome to stay with you in select rooms. Conditions apply, of course.
Single Queen Room
Early Settlers has 2 well-appointed, fully-refurbished, Single Queen rooms with one comfortable Queen bed and welcomes the addition of up to 2 dogs. Including a 2-seater sofa, your own bathroom, split system heating/aircon, kitchenette with coffee/tea-making facilities, a microwave and cutlery/crockery. Allow natural light and fresh air in through the rear sliding safety screen door.
Backing on to our lovely grassed grounds and the WAAAF Creek walk, and adjacent to the 10th hole on the elite President’s Course at Club Tocumwal, you will be exhilarated by the tranquil, pristine setting. You are responsible for bringing your dog’s sleeping, food and water requirements, although a stainless steel water dish is on the back door. Please pick up all dog droppings. A cleaning fee applies for our doggo guests.
